FIELD: balancing adjustment of components of machines and mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of engineering industry and may be used for balancing of the rotating elements of machines and mechanisms. The method of automatic balancing adjustment of the rotors consists of filling the balance space with the balancing mass, in the capacity of which the bicomponent mixture is used, and its heating in the case of an unbalance of a rotor up to the temperature above the melting points of its components, that have a smaller heat capacity. At that the balancing space is filled with the above indicated bicomponent mixture completely, and the given bicomponent mixture consists of the yielding balancing mass with a high density and the heat capacity and is capable during balancing of a rotor to move under action of the centrifugal force and to occupy at the rotation with supercritical frequency a position, that is counter to unstable mass of a rotor at delivery of a thermal energy, and fixing this mass with a smaller density and heat capacity, that is capable repeatedly to change its aggregate state at feeding and withdrawal of a thermal energy. The given invention is directed on raise of efficiency of the balancing adjustment of an unbalance.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase efficiency of the balancing adjustment of an unbalance.
