FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: preparation is a mixture of fatty alcohols at 5-100% total content of the following alcohols: octadecatetraenic, eicosapentaenic, docosapentaenic and docosahexaenic. The usage of such a preparation one should reveal improved inhibition of inflammatory processes that decreases the severity of damage and creates conditions for both lower volumes of necessary reparation and its stimulation, as well. As a result, quicker detachment of scabs is observed at earlier stages of their development along with complete wound healing at no complications and associated side phenomena.
