FIELD: office stationary, namely, stamping devices for making impressions of stamp on documents. SUBSTANCE: stamping device includes round cover for placing stamp cushion and handle in the form of disc with lower flat surface for securing stamp and with upper surface for mounting petal with possibility of its rotation in vertical plane. Stamping device includes in addition second petal mounted on pivot with possibility of rotation in vertical plane on upper protruding cylindrical surface of handle. Both petals in the form of ring halves with segments, cutouts and shoulder along outer edge are rigidly secured to end portions of rod-shaped pins arranged in stepped cylindrical ducts at both sides of geometry axis of disc of handle.
