FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: trocar has casing and detachable valve mechanism with loop-shaped spring arranged in space between annular members. Spring loop is of compensation type and is positioned on pin. Fork-shaped end of spring arm with radius curvature embraces pusher rod and biases sealing gasket. Other arm of spring also has radius curvature and its retaining curved portion is engageable with pusher stop. Pusher is equipped with button and is connected through pin to rotor articulated part and fixed to annular member pin. Self-adjustable elliptical petal is fixed on articulated part by means of pin to seal elliptical surface of valve oblique cut having shear angle of 45-50 deg. Trocar is adapted for introducing into cavity or for checking endosurgical operations as well as for diagnosis.
