FIELD: application of coats by friction and mechanical methods; application of coats on inner cylindrical surfaces, fro example on inner surfaces of cylinder liners of engines. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with forked levers mounted inside it. Levers are provided with holders containing loading plates made from fluoroplastic and rubbing members in form of bars. Pneumatic cylinder is connected with current collector, distributing head and solenoid-operated valve. Pneumatic cylinder is provided with sleeve having hollow cylinder and rod connected with split cone. Electric circuit of device includes transistor, resistor and polarized relay. Loading plate has four tapped holes for securing fluoroplastic plate by means of four bolts electrically connected with two polarized relays through transistor and resistor. Relays are electrically connected with current collector and solenoid-operated pneumatic valve. EFFECT: improved quality of coat due to check of termination of medium flow on surface. 7 dwg
