SUBSTANCE: sanitary engineering device has a bowl with a seat and flush tank provided with means for water filling, spillway and means for flow-off of water. The means for water flow-off are added with an outlet cock hermetically secured on the tank front surface, the cock outlet is positioned above the bowl. The tank front wall may be made with a recess, whose depth equals the cock length, and the recess lower face has a chamfer providing for free flow-off of water into the bowl. The device may have a reservoir positioned inside the flush tank, for example, at its front wall so as the cock inlet would be positioned inside the reservoir.
