The washbasin contains a spout (12) with a stop valve in the form of a faucet or valve or a valve for its connection to the water supply system (10). Capacity (1) is made with a feeding float valve to connect the water supply system to the spout (12) of the washbasin (5) after the shut-off valve with an empty flushing tank and shut off the water supply from the sink (12) with the full flush tank.
