FIELD: oil producing industry; particularly, well drilling ; applicable in making of perforation channels in casing string with subsequent implosive treatment of formation. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow body, implosive chamber communicated with internal surface of hollow body to form single body, flexible carrier without coupling. Hollow body is made in form of cylinder filled with fluid. Cylinder accommodates piston with rod having radial channel whose upper part is located in implosive chamber. Piston with rod is arranged so that at the end of piston working stroke, implosive chamber is hydraulically communicated with internal space of well under packer. In this case, piston is installed so that underpiston part of hollow body is communicated with internal space of well. Rod in this case is rigidly connected with device base. Said base is made in form of cylindrical sleeve with windows for cutters and its upper plane has radial channels. Base cylindrical part rests on packer whose free part is rigidly connected to common body. Lower part of common body is made in form of wedge with recesses. Cutters are installed into wedge recesses and base radial channels. Cutters are capable of synchronous motion relative to one another in windows. Installed on cylindrical surface of common body are spring-loaded guide and limiter for combined motion. Limiter presses valve located between implosive chamber and hollow body.
