FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, secondary treatment of producing formation with vacuum. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow body accommodating depression chamber and packer. Telescopically installed on body and locked by shear screw is cover with retainer, additional depression chamber and hollow rod variable in cross-section. Cover is connected with rope. Hollow rod variable in cross-section communicates body depression chamber with additional depression chamber. Hollow rod is installed for engagement with body overflowing hole. Located on cover cylindrical surface are packer and wedge. Outer conical surface of wedge is engageable with slips which are connected with body guide for radial motion. Packer axial motion is limited relative to cover, from one side, by wedge and from the other side, by cover retainer. Cover also has limiter installed for engagement with body projection and stop installed for engagement with wedge. Receiving holes are located below body guide. Design of said device has low metal usage and simple in manufacture, provides for reduction of time required for servicing and preparation for operation, installation to any well intervals, practically from wellhead down to bottom hole, and performance for one shift of several round-trip operations.
