FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engines which can be used on automotive vehicles and stationary installations furnished with starting systems operating with limited power sources. Proposed system has storage battery and capacitor bank, starter, first voltage converter, solenoid switch with closing contact, starting switch, terminals for connection to external supply source, resistor and diode, second voltage converter with cutoff device, additional winding of first voltage converter and oil electric heater switch. EFFECT: improved conditions of engine starting at low ambient temperatures. 1 dwg
