SUBSTANCE: plant has a load-carrying structure, heating device in the form of a steam line having perforated concentric tubes, holder for fixing of the ammunition consisting of a cover with a member for fixing and compression of the ammunition, walls and a bearing plate, and a catcher. The walls are made in the form of a cylinder hermetically connected to the cover and the bearing plate, the concentric tubes are interconnected forming a "squirrel cage" provided with nozzles directed towards the ammunition body, the catcher is made in the form of a hollow sleeve with a spring-loaded rod with a disk at the end passing through a hole in its bottom.
