Chemical modification of analyzed compound is used due to treatment with acetyl chloride in benzene at concentration of 5 M/l at 60 ± 5 C during time interval of 2.5 ± 0.5 h to obtain a chromatographed derivative registered at 5•10-5 mg/ml sensitivity due to gas chromatography at atomic- emission detecting.
