SUBSTANCE: invention can be useful in military and industrial indication systems, as assistance means when performing destruction of organophosphorus substances, in environmental monitoring, and in quantitative chemical analysis. Substances to be analyzed are modified by alkylation with dimethyl sulfate in presence of N,N,N-tributyl-N-benzylammonium chloride under heterophase conditions: 40% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution/benzene at volume ratio 10:1 at temperature 70 +/- 5 C and reaction time 35 +/- 1 min. Alkylation results in derivatives, which can be analyzed by means of gas chromatography with atom-emission detection and registered with sensitivity 2•10-8 mg/ml.
