FIELD: medicine, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: a patient is prescribed a physical load to register the values of cardiovascular system. At the end of each load it is necessary to register arterial pressure, heart rate and stroke volume. Then it is detected a percentage of each value between larger and less loads and at lower percentage of vascular system data against that of cardiac ones the predominance of cardiac-type regulation is stated on, and at higher percentage of vascular system data a vasculartype regulation is concluded on. Mixed type of regulation is detected when percentage of vascular system data is between that of cardiac data, moreover, increased percentage of stroke volume against heart rate indicates an economy of cardiac activity, and increased percentage of heart rate shows economy-free cardiac activity. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 1 ex
