FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: for wound purification it is used 3%- hydrogen peroxide solution heated up to 37 C. Physiotherapeutic impact is performed with an infrared impact (Sollux lamp). Wound area is heated to the development of constant tissue hyperemia but not exceeding the temperature of wound surface being 42 C. Heating lasts for 15 min. As a hypertonic solution it is used 2-4%-sodium chloride solution heated up to 42 C. A warming element is applied upon a bandage. Temperature of wound area is maintained to be within 37 C for the whole period till the next pharmacothermal procedure. The method enables to accelerate the removal of purulentnecrotic masses and metabolism of granulating tissue. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
