FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying hydropressure wound cleaning with microfine antiseptic solution having output pressure not less than 150 atm at 15-20 cm distance from the wound surface, solution volume being 300 ml. The wound is treated once a day during 5-10 sessions depending on wound size and its state. Then photodiode radiation treatment is applied in the red area of spectrum with wavelength within the limits of 665 ± 15 nm, modulated with 100 Hz frequency, 5-7 min for each receiving field. Radiation dose for one field is equal to 0.3-4 J/cm2 when light spot diameter is equal to 5 to 35 mm, the total action dose is 40 J/cm2 daily once a day during bandaging, 5 days a week until the wound coalesces. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course. 1 tbl
