The priming composite comprises from 0.5 to 1.5 m. p. p. of copolymer of vinyl acetate and acrylic acid ester per 1 m. p. of copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acids. The combination of components taken in the definite ratio ensures to obtain a cover exhibiting high penetrating capacity and adhesion and prevents discoloration of nonalkaline-resistant pigments.
