FIELD: anticorrosive primers applied under acryl, urethane, perchlorovinyl and epoxy enamel paints in manufacture and repair of aircraft equipment made from aluminum and magnesium alloys and steels. SUBSTANCE: primer contains polymer binder - copolymer of butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid, modifying additive - melamine formaldehyde resin, pigment - strontium chromate and mixture of organic solvents - butyl acetate, butanol and xylene; primer contains additionally acetone, ethyl alcohol and toluene. Combination of components at definite ratio provides for reduction of drying time, increase of working life and heat resistance of primer.
