FIELD: detergents. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a detergent agent comprising the following components, wt. %: sorbitan polyoxyethylene monooleate, 0.65-1.33; ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt, 0.02-0.08; sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, 1.55-2.38; sodium phosphate trisubstituted, 23-32; ammonium phosphate disubstituted, 4.5-9.4; triethanolamine hydrochloride, 0.64-1.38; sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate, 28-36 and water, the balance. Invention provides to increase the rate of removal of pollutions of different properties and origin, low foaming, high washing, defatting and bactericidal capacity of agent, absence of allergic responses in its using. Invention can be used for defatting different metallic, polymeric and ceramic surfaces in air, sea, river and railway transport. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness, improved properties of agent. 3 cl
