SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household chemical goods. Developed agent is universally applicable and can be used both in everyday life and in industry for cleaning and disinfection of household and industrial equipment, sanitary maintenance of equipment and premises at enterprises of various fields of activity. Universal biodegradable detergent and degreaser with degreasing properties consists of a mixture of anionic, non-ionic and ampholytic surfactants, an antibacterial agent, an organic solvent, preserving agents, pH regulator, complexing agent and distilled water. Anionic surfactant used is a saponification product of a mixture of vegetable oils and oleic acid, as a nonionic surfactant - laureth-7, as an ampholytic surfactant - cocamidopropyl betaine, as a pH regulator - calcined soda, as an antibacterial component - polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (Biopag), the complexing agent is trilon B, the organic solvent is propylene glycol, the preserving agents are sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

EFFECT: invention represents an environmentally friendly liquid composition with high detergent and degreasing capacity, having bactericidal activity.
