BEAM-FREE CEILING Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry, erection of monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings, erection of supporting structures of beam-free ceilings. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with invention column is made of tube housing reinforcing cage, internal space of tube being filled up with concrete. Plate above column comes in the form of supporting ring and is made fast to column, in addition it is joined to column with the aid of joint plates. Upper part of column has four cutouts in symmetry with column axis. Parts of upper and lower grids of reinforcing cage are positioned in cut-outs. Lateral fittings of frame of ceiling plate are installed at angle of 45 deg and perpendicularly to side surface of prism forcing plate of ceiling. Supporting ring is round, its diameter is equal to (D+3h) and its thickness is t, D being outer diameter of column, depth of cut-out in column being equal to (h-3t), its width being equal to outer radius of column and height of joint plate being equal to (h-2t). EFFECT: formation of beam-free ceiling with high supporting capacity that will not require large material expenses for its erection and for erection of building as whole. 4 cl, 6 dwg
