FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. In the proposed solution, according to which the foundation, columns, walls are erected, reinforcing frames, grids are laid, crossbars, ceilings and covers are installed, including in the form of a roof, using a fixed universal modular formwork with tusk-formers and plugs, after erection of foundation, installation of columns, crossbars, arches, which form spatial frames, which serve as supports for fixed formwork, pilasters for crane tracks and rigid fittings in monolithic structures of walls, ceilings and coatings, constructing walls, for which between internal columns of the room horizontal non-detachable universal modular formwork is installed horizontally on height of floor or tier, or grips, fixed it with column, reinforcing walls of walls are installed inside formwork space, which are also fixed to the column, and then vertically installed external fixed universal modular formwork, for retention of which for the time of concreting walls from the outer side of the wall installed and fixed beams and braces and thus prepared inner formwork space is concreted with self-sealing high-strength fiber concrete, wherein height concreting in fixed universal modular formwork is selected taking into account bearing capacity of limit loads of permanent universal modular formwork element (Pmax), and after concrete strength of concrete stratum is set similarly concreting the next tier or gripper, also reinforcing and concreting pilasters, thereby protecting pilasters with rigid fittings, upon completion of concreting the wall, disassembles and beams are dismantled, and columns are made metal.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of labor costs during erection of structures, reduction of construction time due to enlarged assembly of separate elements of formwork structures in mounting modules due to maximum combination of construction and installation works, providing for parallel performance of works on construction of structures and performance of works on installation of main process and heavy equipment at the stage of construction works, as well as creation of additional protection of structures from man-caused impacts, from biological, radiation and chemical effects, which subject to reinforced concrete structures destruction.
