FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: actuating member has cutting disk, hub with screw loading blades, cutting and linear disk roller cutter resting on bearings, journal boxes and bushings in which axles of roller cutter are cantilevered. Cutting roller cutters are staggered on cutting disk in two rows with radial reach equaling radial reach of linear roller cutters. Axles of cutting roller cutter in the first row from plane of cutting disk are installed parallel to axis of actuating member, and in the second row, at angle of 9- 15 dwg. Shanks of roller cutter axles and seating holes of bushings and journal boxes are conical and journal boxes are changeable. EFFECT: higher efficiency of mechanical breakage of hard rock mass, reliability and technological effectiveness of manufacture of actuating member. 5 cl, 9 dwg
