FIELD: constructions of heat-transferring devices, for example, domestic refrigerators or low-temperature thermostats. SUBSTANCE: the heat-transferring device has a heating element, cooling element and a system of hydraulically connected ducts of the heating element, cooling element, cooled objective and heated objective, the heating element duct is made in the form of a chamber, in which a feed space and an evaporative space are formed separated by a capillary-porous packing, the surface of the capillary-porous packing in the evaporative space is made of connected separated sections with provision of a thermal contact with the heating element, and the system of ducts is made in the form of a successive connection of the heating element duct to the cooling element duct through the ducts of the heated and cooled objectives, or in the form of a successive connection of the heated objective duct to the heating element duct through the cooled objective duct and through the cooling element duct, or in the form of a successive connection of the cooling element duct to the cooled objective duct through the heating element duct and through the heated objective duct. The device for feed of the heat-transfer agent consists of successively connected evaporation and condensation ducts, the device is provided with a heat converter with heating and cooling elements, and the evaporation duct is connected to the heating element with provision of a thermal contact, the condensation duct is connected to the cooling element with provision of a thermal contact.
