FIELD: geophysical instrumentation to record tide and tectonic deformation of Earth's crust, to predict earthquakes, to search for and outline deposits. SUBSTANCE: invention can also be employed for geophysical monitoring of waterdevelopment works and other industrial structures. Clinometer includes base, frame with conical pinches which upper end is made fast to base and which lower end is joined to upper end of assembly mount placed vertically. Pendulum installed horizontally is suspended from assembly mount by means of springy filaments. Frame is mounted horizontally and in parallel to axis of pendulum. Key unit for calibration against basic standard in the form of three permanent magnets put on technological bar horizontally and perpendicular to axis of pendulum and two solenoids connected in series and located on center permanent magnet uniaxially to its axis is attached to end of pendulum. Extreme permanent magnets have same magnetic moments. Solenoids are made fast to frame with use of technological bar. Additional unit for calibration against basic standard coming in the form of sealed capillary housing permanent magnet and solenoid wound on it is made fast to lower end of assembly mount by means of technological bar and is placed horizontally and perpendicular to axis of pendulum. Unit of photoelectric converter of angular displacement of pendulum comprises illuminator, mirror placed vertically on pendulum, electron unit which output is connected to recorder. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy, potential for determination of scale of recording of clinometer. 1 dwg
