FIELD: electrical engineering; single-phase variable-speed motors. SUBSTANCE: proposed winding provides for developing four-pole motors with 24, 36, and 48 stator slots. Winding is built up of two parts each having 2q coils, diameter pitch being for pole pair number P2 = 2 and pole pair ratio P1:P2 = 1:2 and P3>P2. Novelty is that all coils are assembled in six concentric coil groups, coil number per group being dependent on numerical series 1K, 1K, 1K, 1K, 1K, 1K, where K is positive integer number K = Z1/12, and Z1 is number of stator slots; starting and finishing leads of coil groups are brought out; at P1 = 1 parallel-interconnected coil groups numbered 1, 4, 5 according to above-given series are connected in parallel with parallelinterconnected coil groups 2, 3, 6 through capacitor; at P2 = 2 coil groups 2, 3, 6 are interconnected in parallel, coil groups 1, 4, 5 are interconnected in parallel and series-connected to coil groups 2, 3, 6; capacitor is connected in parallel with coil groups 1, 4, 5; at P4 = 5 coil groups 1, 5, 3 are interconnected in series, coil groups 6, 4, 2 are interconnected in series and connected in parallel with coil groups 1, 5, 3; capacitor is connected in parallel with coil group 4; at P3 = 3 coil groups 1, 3, 4 are interconnected in series, coil groups 2, 6, 3 are interconnected in series and parallel-connected to coil groups 1, 3, 4; capacitor is parallel-connected to coil groups 2, 6.
