SUBSTANCE: method includes generation of frequency-tuned sine-wave signal at second-harmonic carrier of phase-keyed signal received, frequency conversion of one part of received signal by generated signal into frequency-inverted phase-keyed signal, multiplication of the latter by tapped broad-band input phase-keyed signal, and synchronization of generated signal phase relative to carrier phase of received phase-keyed signal using results of integration by control signal; recovered carrier signal is generated by halving generated-signal steady state frequency.
