FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has deflection member arranged in a chamber in fixed position with respect to compressed gas exit and liquid exit so that compressed gas path is deflected from the mentioned gas exit through the mentioned liquid exit for producing aerosol. The device also has protection member mounted in the mentioned chamber, the member being movable in accordance with patient breathing. The second version is distinguished by shift member connected to the deflection member and having flexible membrane. Method for supplying medicament to a patient involves moving the shift member by acting with exhaled air pressure that causes the movable protection means to change position so that the medicament is protected from entering the chamber.
