FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: milling chamber has vessel with oppositely oriented inlet openings for mounting injectors having speed-up pipes axially inserted into milling chamber, and diametrically opposite outlet openings. Both outlet openings have slit-shaped profile with rounded portions arranged in symmetry with respect to milling chamber horizontal axis and are arranged in central part of milling chamber housing. Cylindrical discharge branch pipes are attachable to outlet openings by means of pressure device and have total section area making up to 1.5 units of area of vessel maximal section area. Discharge branch pipes are rigidly fixed to pressing segments, which tightly adjoin to flexible gaskets running around outer surface of milling chamber housing in places adjacent to outlet openings. Discharge branch pipes, pressing segments equipped with openings aligned with those of discharge branch pipes, and flexible gaskets equipped with openings aligned with those of pressing segments may be moved jointly over outer surface of milling chamber housing, adjacent to outlet openings, simultaneously upward and downward from horizontal axis of milling chamber. Milling chamber provides for fine and superfine milling of materials, for example pigments. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing minimal aerodynamic resistance to flow of ready product discharged from milling chamber, and increased intensity of interaction between particles of material under grinding process. 2 dwg
