FIELD: fuel combustion. SUBSTANCE: proposed burner consists of housing rigidly connected at one side with nozzle and at other side, with control mechanism and furnished with gas feed branch pipe. Movable ring with radial holes is coaxially built in housing from nozzle side. Ring is mechanically coupled with restrictor connected through tie-rod with control mechanism and passing through restrictor support bushing-rigidly coupled with housing. Tie-rod is connected with control mechanism by movable joint, and two semirings with radial cylindrical slots are located on housing from nozzle side forming when aligned, round holes to accommodate rear upper hinge lugs of blades of blade swirler. Rear lower hinge lugs of blades are fitted in radial holes of restrictor support bushing, and front hinge lugs, in radial holes of movable ring. Burner nozzle is made with diameter of 52-154 mm and angle of inclination of 15-25°. Supports to provided radial fixing of tie-rod are uniformly spaced entire length of housing. Tie-rod is hinge-coupled with restrictor. Upper and lower edges of blades are cut off so that distance from edges to rear hinge lugs does not exceed width of semiring and depth of cut provides free movement of blades inside housing. Upper and lower hinge lugs of blades are made with elongation not exceeding thickness of semiring for upper lugs and not exceeding thickness of restrictor support bushing for lower lugs. Front hinge lugs of blades are made in form of truncated cone with its top pointed to burner axis. EFFECT: improved reliability of burner, quality of ready products and its physical and mechanical characteristics, reduced heat losses through furnace housing, increased resistance of lining owing to elongated torch with optimum heat stress over length, enlarged range of torch structure adjustment cut down harmful effluents NOx. 6 cl, 3 dwg
