FIELD: separation of liquid and solid phases of mixtures. SUBSTANCE: centrifuge includes drum rotated by drive, unscrewable fabric filter located in drum, intake chamber for accumulation and discharge of liquid filtrate separated by centrifuging from mixture of liquid and solid phases when fabric cloth is located inside drum; centrifuge is also provided with intake chamber for solids which is used for accumulation and discharge of solid phase (filtration sediment) separated from mixture of liquid and solid phases at further rotation of drum with fabric filter screwed outside; circular clearance surrounds drum over edge in section of intake chambers for filtrated and solids. Proposed centrifuge is provided with protective units which make it possible to create gaseous protective medium in circular clearance surrounding the drum directed to both sides, thus excluding objectionable entrainment of gaseous, liquid and/or solid agents into filtrate intake chamber and/or solids intake chamber.
