FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: in manual control device carburetor throttle control backings is provided with are rocking on axle installed in upper part of backing plate and connected with cable. Brake and clutch control device is provided with elements and tie-rod forming, together with under-steering wheel lever, and trapezium movably connected with lower part of backing plate by one end of its base. All elements of trapezium are hinge connected to each other. Side elements of trapezium are installed for movement only in relatively perpendicular planes. Tie-rod is made adjustable in length.
