SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manual backup steering devices for cars. Manual backup steering device for a car includes main lever (1), throttle and brake handle (2), clutch handle (3), clutch lever (4), telescopic clutch rod (13), telescopic braking rod (14), foot clutch (15), foot brake (16), foot throttle (17), throttle rod (22) with throttle lever (23) and throttle cable (24). Throttle and brake handle (2) is attached rigidly to the main lever (1). Main lever (1) has a form of hollow tube with clutch lever (4) axle (5) rotating loosely inside. At the one side, clutch lever (4) is rigidly attached to axle (5), and telescopic clutch rod (13) with foot clutch (15) is attached rigidly to the lever (4). At the other side, clutch handle (3) is mounted onto axle (5). Main lever (1) carries rigidly attached tag (9), to which telescopic brake rod (14) with foot brake (16) is attached. Throttle lever (23) is mounted on bracket (26) attaching the device to car frame. Tag (9) and throttle lever (23) are connected by throttle cable (24), and throttle rod (22) is attached to throttle lever (23) by one end and to foot throttle (17) by the other end.

EFFECT: multipurpose and simple device of manual backup steering of a car.
