FIELD: materials handling facilities: transportation of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: in case of non-high lifting, when resistance to displacement is not great, in conveyor containing sealed tubular housing with carrying and return runs and traction chain with disk scrapers arranged in housing, drive and tension stations with sprockets, charge and discharge ports, the latter made in drive station housing, drum is installed in drive station before sprocket in direction of traction chain travel so that axis of carrying run of tubular housing is tangential to drum circumference, and axis of traction chain in space between drum and sprocket is arranged at angle whose cotangent does not exceed coefficient of friction of transported material measured on scraper, and discharge port is made between drum and sprocket. Conveyors of other design versions are available used in one case when distance between carrying run and return run of working housing is not limited, and in other case, at high angle of lifting. EFFECT: improved reliability of conveyor owing to decreased number of tubular elbows and prevention of wedging of transported material. 4 cl, 3 dwg
