SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of raw materials with gas-forming additives, molding of raw material mixture, its heating, firing and swelling in continuous kiln. Raw material mixture is placed into closed metal molds. Molds are placed on cars of counterflow tunnel continuous kiln. Cars are loaded into kiln firing channel by alternating cars with molds with cars having heat-protective partition.
