FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes stirring of preliminarily dosed siliceous rock (tripolith, diatomite, opoka) with alkali component to form mix, which is placed in molds and heated for 30-60 min at 40-60 C, after which mix is heated to 800-900 C at heating rate 15 to 150 C/min and held 20-30 min at that temperature.
