FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-dispersion paints designed both for external and internal painting of buildings and constructions over porous building materials (brick, concrete, cement and cement-lime plasters, wood chipboard), over wood excepting floor, sized surface of metal, old coatings, and other porous building materials, and also for dyeing tree stems. Composition contains: aqueous anionic dispersion of copolymer based on acrylic acid ester, styrene, and carboxyl-containing monomer, or non-plasticized polymer dispersion of copolymer of butyl acrylate and styrene ("Finndisp A-10"); pigment; filler; cellulose thickener; sodium polyphosphate or hexametaphosphate; thiuram D; turpentine; ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol, or propylene glycol; 25-% aqueous ammonia; polyoxyetylene ether of alkylphenol or Na alkylarylsulfonate, or Na alkanesulfonate; ethyl Cellosolve or butyl Cellosolve, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,30 pentadiol monoisobutyrate; diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; copolymer of (meth)acrylic monomers "Acremos" or "Rheolat-402", or associative-type acryl urethane thickener "Polyphobe", or polyurethane dispersion "Rheolat-255", "Rheolat-278"; Aerosil; and water. Composition may contain, as dispersing agent, 0.5-5.0% of industrial-grade casein or lignosulfonate, or polyacid dispersants; as foam-suppressing agent, 1.0-1.5% of tributyl phosphate or high-aromatic oil "Foamex", or white spirit; as preservative, 0.15-0.2% of the solution of isothiazolone derivatives: 12-hydroxy-5,8,11-trioxadodecane, 1,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)urea, 1,6-dihydroxy-2,5-dioxahexane; and, as pH stabilizer, 0.1-0.5% of 10-% NaOH solution.
