FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of paint and varnish compositions, namely, to an aqueous-dispersing composition. Aqueous-dispersing composition containing 25% aqueous ammonia solution and water as a stabilizing agent of pH medium comprises additionally aerosil as dulling additive or highly porous synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide - silica gel "Syloid"; ethylene glycol or propylene glycol as an antifreeze; composition comprises copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acids esters - "Lakropol" or copolymer of n-butylacrylate and styrene as 50% aqueous dispersion - "Finndisp" as a film-forming agent; acryl latex - "Polifob" or polyacrylate-base rheological additive agent - "Reolat-420" as a thickening agent; mineral oil - mixture of unsaturated fatty acids esters and hydrophobic silicon oxide - Foamex" or tributyl phosphate as a foaming agent; composition comprises 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentadiol monoisobutyrate - "Heksanol" and/or butyl diglycol as a coalescing addition; sodium fluoride or solution of derivatives of isociazolone (12-hydroxy-5,8,11-trihydroxydodecane, 1,3-bis-(hydroxymethyl)urea-1,6-dihydroxy-2,5-dihydroxyhexane) - "Parmetol" as a preserving agent. The combination of components taken in the definite ratio allows the development of composition exhibiting good luster and viscosity and stable against static effect of water and prolonged storage time. The proposed aqueous-dispersing composition is designated for protection against atmosphere impacts on different members of structures and articles (panel and timber walls, doors, frames, cornices, railings and so on), sauna (except for steaming room), for working insight of apartments (furniture, built in cabinets, panels), as finishing layer on mineral stuccos and finishing brick.
