SUBSTANCE: method includes oil withdrawal with building-up differential pressure in each cycle of oil withdrawal. Built-in in each cycle of oil withdrawal is differential pressure by two sources with time delay of the second source operation. Operation of the first source of differential pressure is accompanied by organization of pressure build up on bottom hole. Operation of the second source of differential pressure is accompanied by pressure build up on tubing string with direction of action to wellhead. Device for method embodiment includes pump casing with valve and holes in upper part, and plunger with valve installed in casing for reciprocation. Pump casing is made in the form of two interconnected cylinders, upper cylinder with large diameter and lower one, with small diameter having holes, and with shutoff valve, and perforated branch pipe with plugged end in lower part.
