FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes oil withdrawal and multiple treatment of bottom-hole zone with building up of differential pressure at end of each cycle of oil withdrawal. Differential pressure is built up by pump with casing. Device for method embodiment includes pump casing with valve and holes in its upper part and plunger with valve installed in casing for reciprocation. Pump casing is made in the form of two interconnected cylinders. Upper cylinder is of large diameter and lower cylinder of small diameter with valve in bottom and holes in upper parts of cylinders. Plunger is also made of two interconnected cylinders. Lower cylinder is of small diameter with plunged lower end. Upper cylinder is of large diameter with valves. Time of actuating of each cylinder governs interference of stimulation waves. Connected of cylinders of pump casing and/or plunger allows relative motion of cylinders with fixing of their positions.
