SUBSTANCE: proposed heat-retaining electric liquid heater includes reservoir for liquid with outlet branch pipe and heating element made in form of secondary winding of transformer; part of said winding is part of bottom of reservoir; heater is also provided with heat exchanger located in reservoir and at least one flushing branch pipe; other part of secondary winding is located under bottom embracing the primary winding whose magnetic circuit is detachable; outer surface of reservoir is provided with heat-insulating coat.
