FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using Bacillus stearothermophilus spore strain being obligate thermophilic spore-forming microorganism possessing optimum growth temperature of 55-60 C, facultative anaerobic microorganism of high sensitivity to all widely applicable antibiotics or other thermophilic bacteria spores. The material under study is tittered on immunoenzyme analysis plates in colored nutrient medium with indicator agent added. Test culture spores are placed into the cells in the amount of 107 spores/ml. The inoculated cultures are incubated at 50-60 C. Other noise species of microflora do not grow at this temperature. No changes in medium color being observed, proves antibiotic presence in the material under study. EFFECT: high reliability of the method; high sensitivity of the method. 2 tbl
