FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves growing the examined microorganism culture on liquid nutrient medium, treatment with chloroform, supernatant separation, its incubation with platelet cation protein. Test-culture Bacillus subtilis GISK N 010011 is added to control and experimental samples. Obtained mixtures are incubated, sown on beef-extract agar and platings are incubated again. Then antiplatelet catione-protein activity of examined culture is calculated by the formula: x 100% where No is colony amount in experiment; is colony amount in control-1; is colony amount in control-2. Method ensures to detect and study new property of bacterial pathogens (antiplatelet cation-protein activity).
