SUBSTANCE: gas-discharge display panel has mutually perpendicular first and second dielectric barriers limiting the cells formed in the crossings of the anodes positioned between the second barriers and grouped in the cells of the wire cathodes placed between the first barriers, dielectric lugs with a trapeziform section are made on the upper base of the second barriers, the dimensions of the lugs and barriers are determined according to the preset correlations.
