SUBSTANCE: home electric apparatus includes working vessel and rotating working aggregate driven to rotation by means of motor with driving shaft, possibly carrying working tool. Working aggregate may be mounted inside above mentioned vessel just opposite to its bottom due to engagement with supporting unit. The last is joined with working aggregate and it is mounted with possibility of free rotation relative to working aggregate.
