SUBSTANCE: mixing bar has a driving head and loop-shaped spokes, which ends are fixed to the driving head, at that the spokes form in essence a rigid frame submersible to working reservoir. A kitchen electric household appliance such as kitchen machine or whipping machine comprises engine (30), which by means of transmission gear drives at least one mixing bar (4) having a driving head (40) and loop-shaped spokes (41), which ends are fixed to the driving head (40). The above spokes form the central frame (41), which is submerged in operating position to working reservoir (2) without touching the above reservoir. The above mixing bar (4) has also rods (42) forming an outer deformable frame (42) featuring less rigidity than the central frame (41). The above outer frame (42) has bottom flexible part (42B) protruding in longitudinal direction in regard to the lower end of the central frame (41) and touching wall of the working reservoir (2).
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics.
