SUBSTANCE: gastrobioptate out of anthral gastric department is morphometrically tested, the amount of mucocytes, main, facing and nondifferentiated cells is determined and their percentage between each other, entropy of epithelial mucosal component is calculated by K. Shannon's formula and exacerbation is diagnosed at entropy value being 0.76 and higher, incomplete remission - at 0.62-0.75, clinicomorphological remission - at 0.51-0.61. Information value and objectivity of the method in question helps to reliably determine the stage of ulcerous disease flow being important in carrying out differential diagnostics, choice of preparation and therapy terms.
