FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: total content of peptides is estimated in a certain portion of gastric juice with the help of spectrophotometric assay at 220 nm wave length. If peptides content ranges from 2.14 and higher it is possible to state on exacerbation of ulcerous disease. At their values ranging 1.53-2.15 it is possible to conclude on partial remission. At their values ranging 1.01-1.52 clinicomorphological remission is pointed out. EFFECT: more simplified process and increased information content of the method that helps to determine the stage of ulcerous disease quicker and more objectively to be very important in the field of differential diagnostics, therapy choosing and estimating efficiency of therapy conducted.
