SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite of a pharmaceutical composition showing an immunotropic effect that can be used for human therapy in diseases accompanying with dysfunction of the immune system. Invention proposes a pharmaceutical composition comprising a mixture of sodium nucleospermate and inorganic phosphates as an active component taken in the ratio = (10-14) : 1 as measured for phosphorus content. In the preferable variant of the invention the composition comprises a mixture of sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate and sodium phosphate dodecahydrate as inorganic phosphates taken in the ratio 2:1 weight parts as measured for phosphorus content.
