FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry, medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to palmitate stable solution, treatment of patients with dermatological diseases and decrease of adverse effects in chemotherapy of oncological patients treatment. Stable solution of retinol palmitate has antioxidants butylhydroxytoluene and butylhydroxyanisole dissolved in refined deodorized oil with decreased content of saturated fatty acids and limited content of peroxides and acids, with acid number from 0.1 to 0.5 mg of KOH/g and peroxide number from 5 to 10 mmole/g. Solution is sealed in flasks. Invention proposes also method of treatment of patients with the following skin diseases: follicular keratosis, pachyonychia congenita and seborrhea with regard to biorhythm or epithelial cells dividing. Invention provides stability of the preparation and effectiveness in treatment of severe skin diseases and as a stimulating and protective agent of leukopoiesis in chemotherapy of malignant tumors.
